Inhalation Sciences to recruit two new senior posts
Inhalation Sciences are growing fast, and looking to recruit a full-time aerosol and product specialist and senior in vivo research scientist. Fredrik Sjövall CEO: “The new recruitments reflect robust growth in both systems sales and contract research.”
“We’re looking for people whose practical, innovative, scientific and engineering skills are matched only by their absolute commitment to customer communication,” says CEO Fredrik Sjövall. “In return these professionals will get to work with a small, fast-growing company and one of the most exciting, innovative technologies in the inhalation research field today.”
The first appointment is for an aerosol and product specialist, who will need to become skilled with all modules of the company’s highly innovative, versatile dry powder inhalation research platform PreciseInhale. “They will need to be a versatile, accomplished engineer, proactive and skilled with all our modules, and comfortable interacting on-site with customers during rollouts and training,” says Sjövall.
As well as hands-on troubleshooting and responsibility for sourcing of components around the system in-house, they will also be responsible for rollouts and installing and training customers on the system at their own sites.
“The ideal candidate must be someone who loves rolling their sleeves up and digging down into the details, but a communicator too,” Sjövall says. “Someone who values and embraces the special relationships we have with our customers as a small, highly specialized company with a close, driven, multi-disciplinary team.”
Senior in vivo research scientist
With the volume of contract research Inhalation Sciences is attracting growing, the company is also looking to recruit a senior research scientist with exceptional skills in in vivo inhalation research including nose-only, intratracheal and isolated perfused lung testing. “We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on in vivo expert who can manage our in vivo projects from planning right through to reporting. In vivo skills and a total commitment to quality are key here,” says Sjövall. “Plus the ability to adapt to and embrace a small, international, multi-disciplinary team.”
Inhalation Sciences welcome global candidates from across the international field of inhalation research. Formal advertisements for the post will appear in early summer 2014.
